Harker Herbals Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp

A blend of Celtic and New Zealand sea salt with iodine sourced from NZ deep water kelp. Contains various minerals and trace elements.

This salt mixture adds flavor to foods. It has a grey tone due to its magnesium chloride and salt-pan clay-base content. The kelp is sourced from the South Island, and the NZ sea salt is from Kaikoura. The Celtic sea salt comes from Normandy.

• Enhances flavor in meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, etc.
• Contains iodine.
• Can be used in gardening (¼ teaspoon to 5 liters of rainwater once every 3 months).
