A nutrient-rich blend of premium Celtic and New Zealand sea salt enriched with iodine sourced from NZ deep water kelp. A 100% natural source of more than 84 minerals and trace elements essential for good health, including iron, selenium, potassium, and magnesium.

This salt mixture helps to increase food-nutrient absorption and provides exceptional flavor to foods. Rich in organic plankton, it has a grey tone due to its magnesium chloride and salt-pan clay-base content. Certified organic, the kelp comes from the South Island, and the NZ sea salt is sourced from Kaikoura. The Celtic sea salt within the product comes from Normandy and is of the highest grade with a French certification.
