LAMAV's Ayurvedic Wellness Blend combines Ashwagandha, Holy Basil and Amla extracts using a traditional herbal infusion process. The finished oil can be used as an everyday body moisturiser or as part of an Ayurvedic-inspired Abhyanga self-massage routine.

Directions

Warm a small amount between the palms of your hands and apply to slightly damp skin. Massage into the skin using firm, gentle strokes until absorbed.

For an Ayurvedic-inspired body massage, gently warm the bottle in warm water before use. Massage the oil over the body before showering or bathing. Avoid applying to broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
