Always read the label and use as directed.

Recommended dosage (adults over 12 years)

• Spray four times into the back of the mouth every 1-2 hours.
• Aim the spray directly to the area of interest.
• Wait at least 15 minutes before drinking or eating after using.
• For long term use, spray one to two times into the back of the throat morning and night.

Shake well before use.

Ingredients

• MANUKA HONEY 86mg
• OXIFEND THROATSOOTHER BLEND 29mg (a proprietary blend including NZ blackcurrant, pinot noir and sauvignon blanc grape extracts)
• BEE PROPOLIS TINCTURE 29mg (contains propolis flavonoids 2.7mg)
• Base ingredients: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, thaumatin, citric acid, potassium sorbate and water.
