Rescue Remedy Sleep is a unique combination of Rescue Remedy and White Chestnut Rescue Remedy and the traditional remedy. White Chestnut is a Bach Flower remedy that has traditionally been used to help switch off the mind from unwanted thoughts and mental arguments. Main Ingredients:

5x dilution of flower extracts of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, and White Chestnut in a grape alcohol solution.

Dose:

Activate the spray pump before use. Bring spray nozzle up to mouth and apply 2 sprays on the tongue. Do not spray into the throat or eyes. This can be repeated 2 - 3 times prior to bedtime or as often as required.
