Disappointed

I purchased this salt believing l was getting the green packet as per the picture advertised. I got the light blue packet and the salt tasted nothing like the green packaged salt. I really am disappointed with my purchase but hey what can l do about it.

'We assure you there has been no change in our supplier or the harvesting location of our Celtic salt. The nature of this completely natural and unaltered product means that variables like weather can occasionally affect its taste slightly. However, we've only updated our packaging, transitioning from the green packaging that's been in use for the past 20 years to our new design.'

Given this information from our supplier, it's possible that there may have been an issue with the batch you received. I am committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction and will call you tomorrow to discuss the return process. We aim to ensure the quality of the product you received is thoroughly investigated by the supplier.
