Traditional use: to balance emotions; a female tonic.

Chamomile Matricaria (organic) Chamomila matricaria

Tarragon French (organic) Artemisia dracunculus

Traditional use: hormone balancing
 

Directions

Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Pulse Points: A few drops to your pillow and sheets.
Compress: Add 5 drops to hot-wet cloth, place over small of back for pain relief or hormone balancing. Or add 5 drops to hot-dry cloth place over small of back, support with hot water bottle, leave as long as possible while resting.
Massage: Blend 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
