This is a special recipe with kukui nut oil, jojoba and loads of Shea butter alongside the usual coconut, olive and avocado. It's super smooth and your hair will love it. ⠀

If you are thinking of changing to a natural solid shampoo bar, be aware that your hair will need to go through a transition back to its natural state which can cause a few bad hair days. Commercial shampoos are laden with silicones and other chemicals that coat the hairs on your head and these can take a while to wash/wear away.

The Fair and Square Soapery find that they don't need to use conditioner now that they have ditched the bottled shampoo. They like to do a vinegar rinse every couple of weeks, which leaves their hair lovely and soft and shiny. They then use 2 Tbsp vinegar (white wine or apple cider) in 1L warm water and rinse through after shampooing.
